  Compassionate and helpful. Caring for all families by consitently providing dignity and respect with every aspect of their service. Low prices and amazingly helpful service rarely go together but, fortunately for Flathead Valley residents you will find both at this funeral home.

  Beyond words how grateful we are to have chosen BH Crematory to help us. We highly recommend them to every family that needs a trustworthy funeral home. Every aspect of their service was exceptional and informative. Absolutely no high pressure selling or feeling like they cared more about the bottom line than our family. Truly a great locally owned, family funeral home.

  My family has always chosen Johnson Mortuary, but the last few times we have not been happy. We have a very large family and it seems we have a death in the family once a year. After having others tell us to go to Buffalo Hill Funeral Home we did. The difference was amazing. First the price difference. They were much less than Johnson - Gloshat. Buffalo Hill wasn't like just another day at the office. They truly cared. The whole staff seems to help and all of them are very compassionate. They are all professional. but at the same time just friendly. Like family. I was amazed at how they made you feel comfortable, and made things so much more easier than any other funeral home experience we have had. I guess family owned makes the difference, I can't thank them enough for all they did.

  I know why they say they are the most trusted funeral home. I never thought I would ever say it was a pleasure dealing with a funeral home, but I can now say that. If there was such a thing as making this most difficult time easier they have done that. All the staff was very down to earth, caring, compassionate, and helpful. It seemed like they were all family caring for family. I was expecting high pressure salesman because the things you hear about funeral homes, but it was just the opposite. They gave me options and if I didn't want those options it was ok. I was expecting high prices, but after comparing them to others in the area they were quite a bit more reasonable. I am so glad I choose them. I can't thank the staff enough.

  When they say they are caring for the family, they mean it. Let me explain. I am so glad we decided on this funeral home. After my moms sudden passing I had to make a quick decision. Several people I know have had to use their services and I have heard they made things easy. I always thought that was a weird thing to say about a funeral home. My brother lives out of town and had a scheduled meeting he needed to attend, so when I asked if it was possible to coordinate my mothers funeral and burial in just a few days so my brother could make the funeral and still get back home to fly to his scheduled meeting they were very understanding. We really didn't think it would be possible to do in only 3 days, because we didn't know where to hold the service or even have a local pastor to conduct the service. They made it happen and did so without seeming to be rushed, but did it with caring, understanding, and a genuine concern for my brother to make it to his mothers funeral. It was a beautiful service held in their beautiful chapel. I thought they dealt with our situation amazingly. Then when I read the obituary I noticed that they were dealing with 9 other families that had lost someone as well just the day before moms passing and the day of her passing. You would have never known, because it seemed as if my family was the only family they were working with. I thought wow I was never rushed, and they were so compassionate, it never seemed like they were busy with other families. I just couldn't believe they took so much time with me. While reading the obituary I noticed it said Buffalo Hill Funeral Home is caring for the family. I realized then, they were not dealing with my family, they were truly caring for my family. I can't say enough about them and now I know why others say they made it so easy. They are a group of amazing, compassionate, caring, individuals.
